At 40 years old I have been weight training for 29 years, since 1977 at age 11. I began with dumbbell-bodyweight training, and slowly added pieces of gym equipment from Jubinville Weight &Exercise Equip. into my home gym set-up. I said that to say this-I've been around the IronGame block awhile, and have collected a ton of print material[Books &Magazines]. The DVD is complete without being too long, it shows how to execute the movements properly, and I really dug the black & white accent of the intensity sets.
