This DVD is excellent in both teaching and showing us the proper way toward putting on muscle in a safe and natural way. It features an instructional format on doing the exercises correctly, along with showing the type of training intensity needed to build a first class physique. It is perfect for both begineers to the weight room as well as bodybuilders. I plan on using it on a regular basis as a motivational tool for my own training and in pursuit of my goal of competing one day. Thanks John for your dedication to the sport of natural bodybuilding.
