"When I heard that John Hansen had made his training DVD "Real Muscle, 100% Natural" available, I immediately ordered it. I had been very pleased with his book "Natural Body Building" and wanted to see and learn more about building muscle the natural way from a Champion.
The DVD was the outstanding product I had hoped for. It provided a complete overview of John's mass building program with real life demonstrations of all the exercises. I knew that following this plan and doing the exercises as shown would improve my body. I especially enjoyed the emphasis on taking the last set to failure and beyond.
I have seen many training DVDs and books over my 50 years in the iron game and consider John's the best because they show how to build your body without dangerous chemicals. I was so encouraged by what I read and saw, I purchased copies for my son so he could get the benefits.
I hope this DVD is just the first in a line of visual training aids to help the natural bodybuilder achieve more and better results."
