I enjoyed the book a lot. Very informative for the beginner, If anything I would like to see more personal information like the way you felt while you were dieting, the ups and downs and the emotions you felt while you were dieting. That would be cool to know that someone like you go through the same emotions and struggles that some of us lowere level bodybuilders go through. Just my 02 cents. Great book all together. I refer back to it a lot.
