The book provides detailed explanations of each exercise, different routines for individual goals, diets to give you the building blocks and fuel for your routines and even details for physique contest presentations. It is complete.
What is so different about this book is that it provides all this recognizing the body builder is doing the work without the chemical assistance of steroids. I have been at the iron game for over a number of decades and this is the first modern book to approach our sport in this way.
It is an excellent value and I was proud to give a copy to my son so he could also get the benefits of John Hansen's training methods.
