Hello mr Hansen,
I am writting just to say a big thank you for the results I had reading
your book and following your advice. Here is only a month I have been following your suggestions (routine2)
and i had amazing gains.
I increased my strength almost in every exercise.
For example
seated dumbell curls:14kg to 20kg
one arm dumbell extensions14kg to 18 kg
incline bench press:60kg to 90kg
seated dumbell press: 18kg to 30kg
Also I followed your diet programme for losing fat and i lost 4kg fat
increasing my arms size from 39 to 42 cm! hope I will not rich a sticking
point soon and improve even more.
Your photos inspire me in my training, and I am trying to collect as many as I
can from the web.
