This book has helped me to overcome so many boundaries, most importantly, taking advice from people taking steroids. I feel I have been overtraining for years because of this. This book has helped me get my training back on track and I have noticed the results. This book does not contain all of the flash and hype, which at first, almost prevented me from reading it. Once my ego got past this, I realized what this book had to offer. Thank you for your help.
