The 20 Week Plan
is the Advanced Program for Personal Training. After 20 weeks, you will have
completely transformed your physique into a whole new body! Clients that have
worked with John for the 20 Week Plan have lost as much as 30 pounds of fat
while retaining or even gaining pounds of muscle mass. Bud Turner from Rockford,
Illinois lost over 5 inches on his waist following John’s advice. If you

Included with the
20 Week Plan is a Personalized Training and Nutrition Program that John will
design specifically for you based on your goals, your bodytype, your age and
experience. This program is personally constructed for you in order to make
the quickest progress toward your goals.
In addition to
the Personalized Training and Nutrition Program, John will personally train
you for 20 weeks at a rate of 2 training sessions per week (at the discounted
rate of only $50 per workout). At the conclusion of these 40 workouts, you will
have made major changes to your physique. In addition to feeling much better,
your body will be a completely different physique.
