Personal Training – 20 Week Plan

The 20 Week Plan is the Advanced Program for Personal Training. After 20 weeks, you will have completely transformed your physique into a whole new body! Clients that have worked with John for the 20 Week Plan have lost as much as 30 pounds of fat while retaining or even gaining pounds of muscle mass.
