The 10 Week Plan
is designed to make changes to your physique and present you with a whole new
look to your body. After 10 weeks of following this plan, everyone will notice
the difference in your body!
As with the 6
Week Plan, John Hansen will design a Personalized Training and Nutrition Program
for you based on your goals, your bodytype, your age and experience. This program
is constructed specifically for you in order for you to make the quickest progress
toward your goals.
In addition to
the Personalized Training and Nutrition Program, John will personally train
you for 10 weeks at a rate of 2 training sessions per week (discounted from
the normal rate of $60 per workout to only $55 per session). At the conclusion
of these 20 workouts, you will have made significant changes to your physique.
In addition to feeling much better, your body will look completely different.
