– 6 Week Plan
The 6 Week Plan for Personal Training is designed to help you
get started with a personalized fitness and nutrition program. At the completion
of this 6 Week Program, you will be looking and feeling so much better than
when you began the program.
John Hansen will design a Personalized Training and Nutrition
Program for you based on your goals, your bodytype, your age and experience.
This program is constructed specifically for you in order for you to make the
quickest progress toward your goals.
In addition to the Personalized Training and Nutrition Program,
John will personally train you for 6 weeks at a rate of 2 training sessions
per week. At the conclusion of these 12 workouts, you will have started on the
road to completely changing your physique. You will be feeling much better and
will have begun to change the way your body looks. Best of all, you will have
the information needed to continue to improve your physique for the rest of
your life.
